NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION: DETOX

You know you do it. We all do. We do it so much, that it’s become a cliché. The new year arrives, and you put a lot of thought into what you will do differently in the upcoming year. You get ambitious, you set goals, you envision success. You’re motivated! You write your list of resolutions because you’re more likely to keep them if they’re in writing.
