2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 orange, peeled and cut up into chunks
¾ cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 carrot, peeled and cut into small chunks
A few cubes of ice
1 tsp MCT Oil Powder
